Because the problem was intermittent, the service manager accompanied me on a short road test which I appreciated and allowed me to describe the condition directly to the service department. I don't recall the service manager's name, but Lynn Edwards handled my request promptly and I appreciated that too. They did a thorough investigation of the problem and made the required repairs. My vehicle is ready often early in the day and in most cases the work was all completed. I had hope to have my trunk latch fixed but of course it wasn't acting up when it was in for the regular maintenance (twice now). This is a bit of a problem as my vehicle is two years old and now I'm into a deductible. I hope to stop by when it is acting up and have it fixed under warrantee. Other than that minor problem, Northstar has been fabulous to deal with. More

I had left a note on the drop off sheet about a rattling noise on the front drivers side. Fiona told me the mechanic found a rock jammed in the front end. Easy fix, so I thought. As I drove off the lot with my vehicle, I turned out of the parking lot and to my surprise the noise is still there. This is the second repair I've had done on my truck and I'm not a happy customer. Do you not take the vehicle out for test drive after a repair? I think Fiona is a wonderful employee, who will go above and beyond her duties to keep customers happy. My question is, why does it take two visits to correct a problem? More
Excellent Service I came in to the service centre for the first time for an oil change. I purchased my Ford Fusion from Fort McMurray so this was my first experience at I came in to the service centre for the first time for an oil change. I purchased my Ford Fusion from Fort McMurray so this was my first experience at the Calgary location. Brittany Fjellstad put me into the local system, and also noticed I had a could of recalls on my vehicle. My appointment was for 2:30 p.m. and she spoke to the technicians to see if they could also do the recall work on my car before closing at 4 p.m. She said usually they ask to keep the car for a day for the recalls. I left and came back at about 4:15 p.m. and she informed me all the work had been done and I didn't need to come back. Amazing customer service, and thank you for making everything convenient. More
