Friendly...but not the greatest Took my F150 for an oil change and to investigate a noise from the brakes. They changed the oil and diagnosed the noise ok but then proceeded to list things they recommend I fix totalling an extra $900! I always expect an add on or two recommended anywhere but to recommend $900 additional on top of what was only a $300 job seems to be pushing it slightly. Needless to say I didn't go ahead with their recommendations. Oh yeah, and they also took two chunks out of my alloy wheel moving the car into their service bay. It was made clear that they would pay for this damage, that I need not worry. How gracious of them. I give 3 stars and not less because the lady I emailed to set up the appointment and the guy I spoke to on the day were both pleasant and responded quickly to any questions I had. Basic Service I booked it on phone told oil change on and window jumps.they call me to check I am coming in and I ask her to make sure the 2 items are listed.I drop I booked it on phone told oil change on and window jumps.they call me to check I am coming in and I ask her to make sure the 2 items are listed.I drop off Car and they call me and ask why I dropped it off. I then have to go home to email them before they will work on my car ,which I was not told to on the two calls I received,it has to be in writing I was told then they call me tell me the window is fine and tell then it is not you go and check it. they call me back and tell me they were wrong and have replaced the window motor. we pick it up and it squeels at a high pitch and tell us we need to go back when some parts come in then the engineer writes on the report all new explorers have electric window issues , can't remember the salesman telling me that when I bought it More
Why I like Northstar Ford Each time I take my Mustang in to Northstar Ford the more impressed I am with the staff and the service they provide. I have been in 3 times since I b Each time I take my Mustang in to Northstar Ford the more impressed I am with the staff and the service they provide. I have been in 3 times since I bought the Mustang and it impresses me that people know who I am when I come in. My car is always ready the time I specify on the drop off. What really made my day was when I brought the car in for an oil change I also asked that they look at the 3M coating on the car to see if it could be repaired as I had scratched it while washing the Mustang. Not only did they repair it with some left over 3M coating but they did it free of charge even though it was my fault that it was scratched. This is the second car I have bought at Northstar Ford and with service like this I will be buying more and telling my friends & co-workers about it. More

My disappointment is not with the people, more with your process. I initially came to the dealer to obtain a part stolen from my vehicle. I was told I needed a service person to look at the part to determine what exactly would be required. I returned to have service person look at the part, they told me I needed a tech to look at it and they could / would not look at that time. I booked my vehicle in for service .... this was a positive experience. I now need to return to the dealership for a 4th time to have the part placed on my car. More

not very friendly- in fact quite rude upon arriving I brought my vehicle in for servicing to Northstar Ford in May. The girl who greeted and took my light test was by far the rudest Ford employee I've e I brought my vehicle in for servicing to Northstar Ford in May. The girl who greeted and took my light test was by far the rudest Ford employee I've ever encountered. I've always had very good service at Ford and was quite disappointed during my last visit with this one lady who was appointed to take care of me that day. I hope I never have t deal with her again. On a brighter note- I was treated very well (as usual) by everyone else at Northstar. Asked if I wanted a coffee- and asked if I needed help by at least 3 - 4 other employees. More
