Service on my Ford-XLT350 I called service because I could smell fumes sometimes while driving. I was told to come in immediately by Lynn and that they could help me. Excellent service with short notice We were returning from BC, on the 12th of July when a deer jumped in the path of our F350 and it was hit from the passenger side. We stopped and checked the damage and found that some hard plastic had went into the radiator and it was leaking fluid. The other damage was mostly cosmetic. When we arrived at the Crowfoot dealership it was like we were long lost friends. We were welcomed by Fiona Rae, a service advisor and she went to work getting the vehicle into the service shop ASAP. She also called to have a rental vehicle supplied to us as well as calling to get a hotel (we were not familiar with the area at all) but seeing it was Stampede time hotel rooms were very limited. Once we had the rental, we went to Airdire and stayed there. We kept in contact with Fiona and on the 15th we had the truck back and were on our way north. More

Fast, efficent service. We lost a key while on holidays visiting Calgary and needed it reprogramed. NorthStar had parts in stock and was able to fit me in on short notice.
