Great Service, Friendly Staff. Every time I take the c-train from downtown to pick up my vehicle, it has been freezing cold. Maybe Northstar could offer a shuttle service from the doors of the train station to your building. It's a short walk but can be freezing and is always windy. More

Oil Change and Winter Tire Installation - Nice Work I dropped my truck off for winter tire installation and an oil change. Everything was done quite fast. The only thing I can criticise is that my sum I dropped my truck off for winter tire installation and an oil change. Everything was done quite fast. The only thing I can criticise is that my summer tires have hub caps, and they usually put them back on the tires after taking them off to put the winter tires on. This time they did not do this; the hub caps were left in a stack in my truck. More

Don't like being treated like I am totally incompetent I brought my vehicle in for a few things but one was that the washer fluid level light won't go off. They phoned and told me washer fluid level was lo I brought my vehicle in for a few things but one was that the washer fluid level light won't go off. They phoned and told me washer fluid level was low. I said no as this has been going on for 6 months +. They argued with me that this was the issue. Low and behold when I picked up my vehicle and left the washer fluid light came back on with a full tank of washer fluid... Now I have to bring it back in which is convenient for no one when I am working full time, need my vehicle for work and have three little children. More
