Heater fixed Heater hasn't worked well since I got the vehicle. Warranty records show I brought it in twice. This time they found a problem and fixed it. Standard Oil Change Brittany took great care of us once we arrived. Getting through to Service on the phone however, was a challenge. When i had to reschedule, the same thing happened. i waited over 24 hours and didn't get a response, so called Rob, the service manager, and left an additional voice mail. after a couple of hours, he did return my call, listened to my concerns, and got me set up. The big tire was pronounced "unrepairable" and Northstar was able to order and install a new winter tire in less than 24 hours. Everyone was very helpful, especially Liane. Thanks, Northstar.
