Tire Change I learned from the inspection done the last time I was in the dealership that the tread on my tires was getting low and I should replace them soon. I bought some tires online and brought them to the dealership to be installed. Dropped off the vehicle at 8:00AM and it was done before noon. Tires were installed, balanced and inflated to spec. I could not be happier. Also it goes with saying that Fiona is the best in that service department. More

Excellent Customer Service! My service advisor was Cassandra. She was fantastic! Always kept me up-to-date on my repair status and was very upbeat and friendly to deal with. He was attentive to my needs and had my issues dealt with in a timely manner. He also helped me get a tow truck with Ford roadside assistance and also a rental car and made the whole process very smooth. Would definitely recommend Northstar Ford Calgary! More

Recent service I had a new radiator installed on my vehicle 5 days ago and within 3 days we had coolant leaks on the driveway. In addition the coolant in the reserv I had a new radiator installed on my vehicle 5 days ago and within 3 days we had coolant leaks on the driveway. In addition the coolant in the reservoir was partially frozen. A new rad hose was installed and the radiator cap replaced. I asked for an explanation as to why the coolant would freeze and I did not initially receive a satisfactory explanation. When I picked up my vehicle I asked for confirmation of the strength of the coolant which was found to be good for -28 degrees C rather than -40 degrees C. I was surprised that a light vehicle mechanic would not automatically check the strength of the coolant as part of the process. I found Liane and Damian to be very cordial and helpful but I have lost some confidence in the quality of the work being done. Also I paid $1400 for a new radiator last week and then was charged $45 for the new rad cap. Over wise parts and labour were under warranty. More
