Fantastic service, great environment Visited North Star Ford for my first service. Using the free wifi I was able to not only complete work during the hour I waited with the great coffee offered, but my vehicle was done within an hour. The service provide was warm and welcoming. 96 km service Brought the car for 96 km service, the service advisor recommended to the the car check for $99. Ford found a leak in the coolant pump and recommended to replace the pump and flush the coolant, but the car need to stay over night. I requested to schedule a 2nd visit the next day (actually 4 days later as it was a long weekend). The service completed on the promised time and I have no issue about it, just broke (service plus pump replacement/coolant flush cost me over $1100) Otherwise I am satisfied with the work. More

George kept me up to date on status of repairs and was quick to respond to my emails. When I picked up my SUV was cleaned (detailed) looked amazing and was a great surprise!! They do their best to make sure the appointment fits your schedule. The technicians were able to locate and repair a couple of issues that a previous dealership (the dealership from where it was purchased) could not/would not repair. The resolution of those issues is appreciated. Unfortunately this truck still has a number of ongoing issues (5 and counting ) that are still outstanding. The technicians have not been able to replicate, identify and diagnos these issues as they are electronic in nature. These issues make the ownership of this vehicle frustrating and unpleasant as the truck has been in 6 different times for repair work within 23,000km. That being said I definitely appreciate the professional interaction with Northstar staff. More

Tire Change I learned from the inspection done the last time I was in the dealership that the tread on my tires was getting low and I should replace them soon. I I learned from the inspection done the last time I was in the dealership that the tread on my tires was getting low and I should replace them soon. I bought some tires online and brought them to the dealership to be installed. Dropped off the vehicle at 8:00AM and it was done before noon. Tires were installed, balanced and inflated to spec. I could not be happier. Also it goes with saying that Fiona is the best in that service department. More
