Surprisingly easy My car had reached the end of its life, I needed a new one immediately but I didn't think I could afford it. But then they offered the flex plan that My car had reached the end of its life, I needed a new one immediately but I didn't think I could afford it. But then they offered the flex plan that no other dealership offered previously so I can now afford the car i want which is my beautiful Focus and all the maintenance is included. He facilitated on both the used and new vehicle side as I bo From the minute I walked through the door looking for two vehicles, Brian was excellent. He facilitated on both the used and new vehicle side as I bought one of each. He was in constant contact with me during the entire process and went out of his way to try and make my experience as good as possible. Unfortunately, not everyone at Northstar Calgary is as good as Brian. The F-150 Lariat that I put a deposit down on was not in their inventory and was sold by the other dealership. Luckily they were able to locate an identical F-150, but only after 10 days and no contact with me. All told, it took over two weeks from the time I put my deposit down until the time I drove off the lot with the truck. More

Salesman that actually listens to his customers! I have gone to different dealerships and dealt with some real slimeballs. However, my experience at Northstar Ford with Adam was the complete opposite I have gone to different dealerships and dealt with some real slimeballs. However, my experience at Northstar Ford with Adam was the complete opposite! It felt as though Adam actually listened to me, and respected my budget. Would rather sell to the U.S Worst sales department ever. Went to buy a used jeep, asked our salesmen to let me know where the price was at. He went and asked his manager, on the Worst sales department ever. Went to buy a used jeep, asked our salesmen to let me know where the price was at. He went and asked his manager, on the way back his manager states that he can sell it in the U.S for more. Salesman comes back ($500 under asking). Yes it was still a good deal but now I'm already angry at the comment. They'd rather sell it to the States then sell it to a customer in their store. I hope when the dollar gets back to par that your customers go south on you. I know I'll never give them any of my Canadian cash. More
