Rectified a difficult problem with 100% result I appreciated that the people at Ford Service stayed with me until the problem was solved. It wasn't problem as the "creaking" noise I had would not I appreciated that the people at Ford Service stayed with me until the problem was solved. It wasn't problem as the "creaking" noise I had would not always sound. However with extra test drives, and listening to what I was describing, personnel were to determine and fix the problem.
