I was able to book an appointment in under a week and the vehicle did not need to be on site at the crack of dawn as with others for routine maintenance (L/O/F....). Service and a recall were performed in the time stated and I was kept informed of the progress by Brittany half way through. I will be returning to Northstar Ford Crowfoot in the future. More
Warranty Service I recently had my vehicle in for warranty service and replacement of the entire rear driveshaft assembly. This issue was diagnosed by technicians, the part was ordered, and the repair was made inside of a week pursuant to the terms of my extended warranty. Regular service maintenance I had it in for regular service maintenance, six month check-up. 11 hours later my car was ready. In at 6am at my schedule appointment time I had se I had it in for regular service maintenance, six month check-up. 11 hours later my car was ready. In at 6am at my schedule appointment time I had set. 5 times before I had brought it in at the same time. I always got a call between 11:30am and Noon. I called the service department at 1:40pm to see how my car was doing, was told it was just going into the service bay (1:45pm). Was told people were dropping there vehicle off for tires changed or oil change, and would wait for it. So they without an appointment were put ahead of people who had booked an appointment time, like me. I feel that was very wrong and those people should have had to wait till our vehicle was done, not be put ahead of us that had booked ahead of time. Very, Very disappointed this time and hope it NEVER happens again. I always have giving top marks for the way I was looked after, BUT not this time. Sorry but what was done, was not right. Excellent Customer Service Reps I feel that the customer service reps here are excellent. But since I am now awaiting my 3rd motor in a 2013 vehicle that has met all of it's servic I feel that the customer service reps here are excellent. But since I am now awaiting my 3rd motor in a 2013 vehicle that has met all of it's service appointments I have questions. Yes to this point the service manager, and customer reps have worked to get it covered by Ford and have treated me very well there is the inconvenience that goes with major repairs. Yes I have had a service loaner both times, this time a car on my wish list, but still. wondering if Quality is still Job #1 at Ford. More
