Dissapointed This was a last minute service appointment and the service staff was kind enough to get my truck in for service on short notice. However, it took quite a bit longer than i was told or anticipated as well, when the work was done, i felt that the person taking my payment had no clue on what was done in regards to the service or the inspection SPECIAL????? When I got into the truck, it had a strong odor of diesel fuel in it as if the service tech forgot a soaked diesel rag, THIS PISSED ME OFF IMMENSELY AS I COULD NOT GET RID OF THE SMELL WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN AND I KEEP OUR TRUCKS VERY CLEAN. I then tried phoning the service department back to let them know and kept getting voice mail for the rest of the day. I did however, leave a message and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK.
