Great service at North Star Ford I recently had my truck serviced at North Stars Calgary location. Mitch at the service writers desk was excellent. He was very friendly and cautious a I recently had my truck serviced at North Stars Calgary location. Mitch at the service writers desk was excellent. He was very friendly and cautious as we went through the testing of the trucks lights and signals. I've dealt with Mitch previously so we do have a bit of history. That said he seems to treat everyone he comes across with that same genuine friendly attitude. Enough about Mitch, the service appointment went smoothly with the truck finished before promised. I'm a bit disabled so with that in mind Mitch retrieved my truck from the back of the lot and parked it right by the service entrance, unnecessary but greatly appreciated. All in all they all deserve a five star from Mitch to the mechanics and the lady in the cashiers cubical. Friendly all the way around, thank you for that. Al Capone once said you can always get more with a smile and a gun than just a gun. More
