New key took three hours and didn't work! We needed a new key for our car. $350 later, the remote start did not work. My biggest dissatisfaction came from the fact that the $117 I paid to have the key programmed didn't include actually checking to see if it worked! After 3 and 1/2 hours, I still didn't have a key that would work for the remote start. I was expecting a call today with some sort of solution but nothing. My time is valuable and this isn't the first time this department has wasted it. More

Great service at North Star Ford I recently had my truck serviced at North Stars Calgary location. Mitch at the service writers desk was excellent. He was very friendly and cautious a I recently had my truck serviced at North Stars Calgary location. Mitch at the service writers desk was excellent. He was very friendly and cautious as we went through the testing of the trucks lights and signals. I've dealt with Mitch previously so we do have a bit of history. That said he seems to treat everyone he comes across with that same genuine friendly attitude. Enough about Mitch, the service appointment went smoothly with the truck finished before promised. I'm a bit disabled so with that in mind Mitch retrieved my truck from the back of the lot and parked it right by the service entrance, unnecessary but greatly appreciated. All in all they all deserve a five star from Mitch to the mechanics and the lady in the cashiers cubical. Friendly all the way around, thank you for that.
