During the negotiation process they kept making mistakes regarding the amount of the employ Overall my experience at Northstar Ford was satisfactory. During the negotiation process they kept making mistakes regarding the amount of the employee discount promotion. In the end my discount went from $1,200 to $3,200. We kept going back and forth and they apologised and said they made a mistake so pay attention. Initially I was also told that my vehicle was in town and it would be delivered in a couple days so I made a deposit. Then I was told the end of the week. After 2 weeks I tried to reach a manager to see what was going on and I told them I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and like magic the car was then ready that same afternoon.
