Asked to get my vehicle done by 3pm (allowing for 8 hours to do an oil change and bolt on snow tires) because I had to get kids from school. Sent me away thinking this should be fine, but the deadline was missed, and I had to make other arrangements. I left the shop with the impression they rushed through my job to get me on my way. The job sheet asked for old tires bagged and they were not, so I had to request and bag them myself. On the positive, they were courteous, didn't leave it a mess, and even drove it to the front door for me. Mitch is a good guy and easy to talk to - good front end guy. More

Lubrication of sunroof took all day I brought my vehicle in at 8am. Didn't get the vehicle signed in and dropped off in a good period of time - staff forgot I was sitting in the truck. Different but good This was my first experience with a Ford service department, I recently purchased a Ford F150 with the service package. I was not impressed with not being able to just drive in and get a service I have had many new vehicles many different makes and they all offer a drive in option for service. I was made to make an appointment for the next week which was very inconvenient, had I have known that not all Ford dealerships offered the drive in service option I might not have purchased, I guess I am stuck now. The experience and service at Northstar however was very good the staff are all very friendly and professional if I have to make appointments I will go there. However I think overall I will make the drive to the other Ford dealerships that have the drive in option. More
