Good morning, I appreciate your response, and your intention to "help me out" and "get me taken care of", however, I fail to see how you could do that. I wrote a review based on my true feelings because I believe the promise that is written on the wall is not taken very seriously, and i highly doubt that''s going to change how the service department operates, or do anything to give me back my valuable time that I feel was carelessly wasted. That promise is extremely important to me, mostly because I am personally all about integrity and follow through on all promises I make, no matter the cost, also because that is a promise that holds a lot of value to me directly, if it can be honoured. When someone offers me an appointment at a specific time, I expect the matter of business to commence at the agreed time, not to be put on a shelf and dealt with later, otherwise what's the point of making the appointment? I didn't drop my vehicle off at 7:00 in the morning because that's just a convenient time for me to drop it off, I dropped it off first thing in the morning because I wanted it to be worked on first thing in the morning so I could get it back literally as soon as possible so I could achieve some productivity out of the day. Instead, my vehicle sat around the dealership most of the day doing nothing while my business lost an entire day of productivity for no apparent reason.
