Quick & Timely Had my truck scheduled for a 7am drop-off. Pulled up and was greeted (outside in the -15 weather no less) by a Service Advisor within a minute to let Had my truck scheduled for a 7am drop-off. Pulled up and was greeted (outside in the -15 weather no less) by a Service Advisor within a minute to let me know that they just needed to move some cars out of the way and I could pull right in. Drop-off was complete in a couple of minutes; almost felt rushed, though I still had the chance to mention a couple of extras that needed work. Shuttle stuck around and waited and gave me a ride straight home. Only downside was that their shuttle only services the NW, so I wasn't able to get a ride to/from my office instead of home. More
