Scheduled maintenance & sun roof repair Brought my vehicle in as scheduled. Was handled excellently by Service Advisor, Liane on intake. Was advised on pickup later that day that the vehicle Brought my vehicle in as scheduled. Was handled excellently by Service Advisor, Liane on intake. Was advised on pickup later that day that the vehicle had to come back in the following week for additional servicing (new motor for sunroof). Vehicle also had a slow leak in a tire that was requested for repair. Mechanic did not repair on 1st trip even though they removed the tires to inspect the brakes for wear. Tires were to be rotated as well but this looks not to have been done. It's a minor detail but being mentioned. Picked top the vehicle afternoon of first visit. Mechanic left sunroof in a locked open position which was very inconvenient as I spent the next two days trying to get the roof to close somewhat so that snow or slush from the roads wouldn't enter the vehicle. Sunroof motor was replaced on next visit. Roof liner was left with grease prints and indents on the liner where a tool of some sort was left on it. Not major but being noted. Picked up vehicle after return visit. Tire leak had been repaired. Liane, Service Advisor again was very prompt in calling me and having the vehicle ready for pickup. No mechanic's name was listed on the service order so unable to select from list below. More
