Mitch was very knowledgeable and helpfull with a few issues such as brakes squeeking when I back out of ga I had a few issues with my 2015 Edge Sport. The other issues required parts. I found Mitch to be very knowledgeable and professional. Barb the receptionist was also very friendly. I have one comment that I feel your sales people should tell buyers if this is applicable. Tell them about the windows will come down on the car if you hold down unlock car button. I knew nothing about this and it happened a few times which is very unsafe to come back to your car and the car is unlocked and the windows are down. Obviously the button was being pushed in my purse or coat. After Mitch explained I had it disconnected...... More

When called for reminder I was told my appointment was at 8:30. Last time appointment time was 9:00. Reminder call, appointment time was now 9:30. This particular girl argued with me. You gave me the time, which I repeated several times. Don't get why the change both times. Why don't you wash serviced cars? Lots of other dealers do. More

Effecient and friendly Fiona was again a great help in getting work done on our 2015 Ford F150.
