service plan I paid alot of money for a service plan , when you book in all that is talked about is what is not included in your plan and have this and pay for thi I paid alot of money for a service plan , when you book in all that is talked about is what is not included in your plan and have this and pay for this , Marty's adverts spout out pay for nothing for 5 years etc. it's disappointing , never get told what will be done , just what will not be done unless you pay for this , from first call to book it to everyone you meet along the way.They must be on sales commission like banks with credit cards. In about 5 visits never been told what will be done just what will not. Your customer service people are sales people not customer service people. More
