On my most recent visit, I was helped by Cassandra. She was a pleasure to deal with, especially considering that I showed up to drop off my truck 10 minutes before close. We did a quick run-through and she made note of a rattle that was driving me crazy. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Replacement part is on order and that rattle will be gone in no time. Thanks Cassandra! We live in the SW and it is worth the drive to the NW for the peace of mind we get at Northstar Ford Crowfoot. service plan I paid alot of money for a service plan , when you book in all that is talked about is what is not included in your plan and have this and pay for thi I paid alot of money for a service plan , when you book in all that is talked about is what is not included in your plan and have this and pay for this , Marty's adverts spout out pay for nothing for 5 years etc. it's disappointing , never get told what will be done , just what will not be done unless you pay for this , from first call to book it to everyone you meet along the way.They must be on sales commission like banks with credit cards. In about 5 visits never been told what will be done just what will not. Your customer service people are sales people not customer service people. More
