Fast, efficient, polite service! This was my first oil change and tire swap completed on my Ford Escape. I was impressed with the service I received from the person that greeted me. I was also glad that it only took about an hour for the appointment. I even had a chance to visit with the sales rep who sold me my car and the nice fella who helped with my financing - they approached me while I was sitting and waiting for my vehicle - I think it's awesome that they remembered me and came to chat to see how I'm doing and liking my new wheels. Best Customer Service When I first got there I was helped by Liane. She was very pleasant to deal with. After I was done being checked in I had asked if the shuttle was aro When I first got there I was helped by Liane. She was very pleasant to deal with. Right away Liane offered me Ctrain tix to work and back. I then got to work and was delighted that not much time after I got a call that the truck was done.
