Fast and Friendly Service It was a seamless appointment. I booked on line, showed up for my appointment in the morning after work. I work from midnight until 8: 00 am and needed to get home as soon as possible, since I needed to sleep. . I drove to the Service Center at Northstar Ford and was greeted right away by Fiona. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Within 15 minutes I was being driven home by their shuttle service. The driver was very friendly and recognized me from my last service appoint and remembered where I lived. (very impressive) When I woke up in the afternoon, I called the shuttle driver and he picked me up within 10 minutes. I was dropped off at the Service Center and given my keys. 5 stars for all around perfect guest service and satisfaction!! More

Great service for maintenance and body work! I took my vehicle in for body work after someone backed into me in a supermarket parking lot (guess some cars still don't have rear cameras!). Given I took my vehicle in for body work after someone backed into me in a supermarket parking lot (guess some cars still don't have rear cameras!). Given that the body shop is right next to the service centre, I took the opportunity to see if I could have my winter tires switched out, wheels balanced, and a general maintenance performed prior to the body work starting. Both the service centre and body shop were flexible and accommodating for this last minute request. The service centre even called me when they were done their piece to let me know that the body work was commencing. The body shop did excellent work - not only did they repair the rear bumper area like new, they did a complete detail of the entire vehicle. This was a pleasant surprise upon picking up the vehicle. The body shop also offered to look after arrangements for my rental vehicle, but my insurance agent had already taken care of that. BTW Enterprise arrived to pick me up almost immediately upon dropping off the vehicle and provided a great choice in vehicles as well as hassle free rental experience. More
