Needed 2nd key cut with chip. Cassandra was great. I dropped off F-150 to get a new key cut. She was very thorough in explaining the details and cost and approximate time. Vehic Cassandra was great. Body Shop Service Great staff in the body shop. Went in with a loose spoiler on my Ford Taurus. George and his staff had it fixed in under 5 minutes with no charge. Great staff in the body shop. Disconnected service experience The service experience was positive however the problem is still not fixed. Went in 3 times to fix powertrain issues and it is still not complete. Suggestion was to come in early to get a manger to ride around and assess the issue (noisy grinding sound over 20km/hr) and at 7am when I dropped off there was no "manager" available so was told they would do it themselves. Picked it up later in the day and noise was not fixed or tested so not sure what solution was implemented. Came back a third time and pinions were replaced and at check out service person indicated the noise is gone and it was tested so. Reality is exact opposite so I don't know if this location has hearing issues or if the service guys are snowing the front counter girls as I asked specifically of a road test was completed tocheck the vibration and noise level (grinding ) was eliminated. So I am going to check out another local dealer to get this resolved. More

Quick, reasonable and honest I booked and oil change for my car and they were able to get me in quicker than I thought. Although friendly once I got to the desk, walking in and wa I booked and oil change for my car and they were able to get me in quicker than I thought. Although friendly once I got to the desk, walking in and waiting I was kind of ignored. It would be great for anyone to say "we'll be with you in a minute'" just so your presence is acknowledged. The oil change was really quick - 40 minutes - and although I authorized an air filter change it was not required so they did not put one in, which I really appreciated because how do I know if its dirty? If I know I can trust them, then I will be back. More

I can't believe the techs. didn't bother clean the mess or simply put a rag underneath the reservoir to catch the spills.. This is NOT what I expect from a dealership. Also Alex (service advisor) did not care about being service oriented when I asked a few questions when I dropped off my truck. I guess nobody has told him to have a service oriented attitude... One last one.. why on earth you let your people have a dog in the area on the desk to pay for service work?? More
