I was disappointed I booked an appt for maintenance and platinum cleaning package weeks in advance for a 7 am appt time. I had a parking lot hit and run on my summer cruiser, my baby, my restored 1967 Mustang with custom paint. The day I was authorized by my insurance company to take it in for repair, I went to Northstar Collision. I also asked them to take care of some unrelated paints flaws I had been putting off on the car while it was there, as well as some custom modifications the expert body work technicians suggested. The same day it was in the shop. Only SIX days later I have this to say: Quality of repair, time taken, professionalism of the support staff and last but not least price, all exceeded every expectation I could have possibly had out of any body shop. These people SERIOUSLY take pride in their work. They have an incredibly talented, friendly, attentive crew! With the upmost confidence I would recommend this team to anyone needing body repairs on their daily driver to their weekend warrior muscle car in need of some love! Kudos to Northstar Collision for not only repairing my vehicle but, bringing my car back to life and making me proud to drive her. More

Unfortunately however, this is the third time I've had to bring my truck back to fix the 3M film on the bumper since buying it new earlier this year, and it's still not fixed. The first time I brought it in, the 3M peeled again within a day or two, when questioned they said they'd fix it again. The next time their technician went home sick and they couldn't fix it; then finally this time I was told he never made it to work in the first place. Going without my truck for a day to fix something which should have been dealt with before even receiving it is very frustrating, and to think I'll need to now go a fourth day without a vehicle again is beyond ridiculous. More
