Another amazing experience I was in for a simple oil change and yet again I am met by a smiling and efficient service staff. I always hope to deal with Fiona, and again on this I was in for a simple oil change and yet again I am met by a smiling and efficient service staff. I always hope to deal with Fiona, and again on this visit she provided the above expected customer service she has become so popular for. Friendly and efficient as always. I brought up a small technology issue that I didn't have time to get dealt with, but as she always does- Fiona made every effort to get to the bottom of the issue when we return from holidays. This service station continues to be the best in the city when it comes to customer service and the ease and hassle free experience they provide. I live 5 minutes from anothe Ford dealership- but will drive across the city everytime as I know my truck is in great hands. More
