Not the great experience I normally have. Normally a great experience- but this time someone did not do their job. I had reported a tire leak which they were going to look into. After rotating the tires they did not check the air levels and after mt tire light came on immediately after my servicing, they found every tire as a different level. First service appointment was great :) I am very pleased with how smooth my first appointment went at Northstar Ford. As my vehicle was purchased used from a private sale, the extended ser I am very pleased with how smooth my first appointment went at Northstar Ford. As my vehicle was purchased used from a private sale, the extended service plan and additional warranty needed to be transferred into my name through Ford. I was able to do this at Universal Ford with no problems and by the time I went for service at Northstar, the transfer was in the computer and the service team followed through as required. Very happy! I'm pleased I chose Northstar Ford as my service centre. More
