Didn't feel like they had my best interests at heart I've moved around quite a lot and have used a number of Ford dealerships. I only use Ford dealerships. I didn't not feel I could trust them to take I've moved around quite a lot and have used a number of Ford dealerships. I only use Ford dealerships. I didn't not feel I could trust them to take care of my interests. There is a reason I come to main dealers over Mr Lubes et al. - it's because I know they'll take care of my car with Ford knowledge. My service rep was poor at communicating to me what my vehicle needed. They wanted to charge me to 'check over' my vehicle (shouldn't they be doing that anyway?? That's why I bring it to a Ford dealer rather than the cheap neighbourhood garage). Another Ford dealership out of province who I knew well told me to tell them to give my transmission a reprogram for some 'roughness in gear changes. They wanted to charge me $200 just for a diagnostic. When my service result sheet returned, they didn't even check my brake pads. That is one thing I knew probably needed changing (they could have even got extra business from me) Not impressed. More

Fix turning light. I have been having my vehicle served here since I bought it in September 2011 and have been very pleased. On August 21 I called the service department I have been having my vehicle served here since I bought it in September 2011 and have been very pleased. On August 21 I called the service department and said my turning light on the rear drivers side wasn't working. She said to bring it in before noon. I said I'd be there at 9:30, which I was. I waited in the showroom lounge area for over TWO hours when someone called my cell phone and said my car was ready. The person who checked me in knew I was waiting there but wasn't around when I left. I was very annoyed!! More
