Customer-centred care I was going to be at the dealership as my son had just purchased a used VW Golf. I mentioned that I would like to test-drive a Tiguan with a manual transmission. Although I am not yet in the market for a replacement vehicle, I had really been considering a Tiguan for my next purchase, which will likely be in three years. Despite this, Jaime Wedgerfield went out of his way to find a Tiguan with a manual transmission for me to test-drive. He explained all the features of a Tiguan and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with his service. I also really liked what I saw in the Tiguan, so this will certainly give me something to consider when the time comes.
