Like most buyers, I don't really look forward to the sales experience, but we found Jamie to be easy to deal with, and he accomodated our request for a fair discount. His advice regarding VW sales incentives was also very helpful. Genuine, not too "slick" and helpful! We were also impressed with Ron Roberts who showed us how everything worked, knew his product very well, and had good knowledge of previous models. More

Extremely Satisfied! Having never owned a Volkswagen, we were a little apprehensive walking into the dealership. We had been looking at a different make, but wanted to con Having never owned a Volkswagen, we were a little apprehensive walking into the dealership. We had been looking at a different make, but wanted to consider some other options before making a final decision. Jamie Wedgerfield approached us in the lot, and asked if he could be of assistance. My wife and I were both blown away by his vast knowledge of the specific model (GTI), that we were interested in. He answered every question we had with confidence and conviction, and offered plenty of useful information on many additional features of the vehicle that we weren't even aware of. Although it was late in the evening and close to closing, he demonstrated many of the features of the vehicle and continued to answer our questions and make recommendations based on our apparent wants and needs, without watching the clock. We arranged a test drive for the following day, and although we were late, Jamie spent over 2 1/2 hrs with us, making sure to go over all of the intricate details of the vehicle and spending some time going over and making recommendations on the various options and protection packages available. Needless to say, we purchased the vehicle and are looking forward to a similar positive experience with the service department over the coming months and years. More

At each step in the process we spent more time looking, driving and talking about cars on the lot rather than looking at a computer screen. I had an excellent experience with Doug MacGregor. He knew the cars on the lot and was able to compare features with ease. He listened to what I wanted, considered my favorite features from my previous car. I chose 3 cars to test drive. Doug suggested I try the Golf first, he felt it best fit my wants and needs. I didn't test drive the other two cars. At each point in the sale I was dealt with in a pleasant efficient professional manner by the administrative staff. I felt no pressure at any time, was given a fair price for my trade-in and left with a full understanding of the features of my Golf TSI. The perfect car for me. Thank you! More

Pleasant and easy experience! We went in for a previously owned vehicle and Harsha Bhatnagar literally greeted us at the door and we didn't have to wait around for the receptionist We went in for a previously owned vehicle and Harsha Bhatnagar literally greeted us at the door and we didn't have to wait around for the receptionist to page someone (1 star). We were pressured for time, and Harsha hussled to get us into the vehicle for a test drive as quickly as he could. We were in and out in good timing and got all questions answered. He really respected our time restrictions (2nd star). Harsha promised to follow up with us after a few days and I got a call (3rd star). We were comparing other vehicles and decided to go back to the dealership and asked to take the car out again. We were accommodated quickly again. We felt zero pressure to buy the car and Harsha gave us time to discuss privately if this was the car for us (4th star). We decided to go ahead with the car and with the help of the manager Kevin Bradley we were able to purchase at a very fair price (5th star). Thank you! More
