Wonderful Test Drive Experience I initially had apprehension about going to the WV dealership. However, I wasn't going to let a bad experience shape my decision making process when shopping for a new car. As a discerning buyer I know that no matter what my final decision it is important that I try out all the available options before making a decision. I'm fairly certain after my experience with one of the sales staff my decision has been made extremely easy. Our test drive with Bruce was a complete delight and he was easy to relate for both my girlfriend and I. He was very knowledgeable and was able to match us up with the perfect vehicle to try out even without forcing a commitment to buy on the spot. I would gladly recommend anyone interested in trying to find their dream car check out Northland during your shopping. You won't be disappointed! More

Two new vehicles at the same time! The lease on my husband's vehicle was coming up for renewal; he was looking around at a variety of makes to see what he wanted to replace it with (alt The lease on my husband's vehicle was coming up for renewal; he was looking around at a variety of makes to see what he wanted to replace it with (although he has driven Volkswagen products for over 30 years). I was also looking to replace the SUV I was driving for a number of reasons. We ended up at the auto show in March of 2013 to see what was available. That's where we first met Jamie Wedgerfield of Northland VW. We were impressed with how he listened to our concerns and issues, and responded to each of us accordingly. My 'hot buttons' are safety and good gas mileage and he was able to reassure me on each of these fronts. He was also willing to be flexible with the lease on my husband's vehicle, although the contract still had a few months left on it. We followed up with a visit to Jamie at the dealership and ended up with a new Golf wagon for me and a new Passat for my husband. The 'car show' incentive if we purchased by the end of that month was also helpful. I've had my vehicle serviced regularly at Northland VW and it has always been a positive experience. I also like the convenience of where Northland VW is located. We would recommend both VW products and Jamie in particular for friendly service and attentive follow up. We have never regretted our decision to own Volkswagen; my husband's already thinking about what to replace this vehicle with when his lease expires next year. Thanks Jamie! More
