Time was not on my side, as I only had like 4 days to come up with a decision, so I called Mr. Wedgerfield up to set up a time to discuss my options- ASAP! Unfortunately, he was getting off at 4pm, but I technically work till 5pm, so we made a compromise & agreed to meet at 4:30pm. I was extremely grateful that he was willing to wait- little did I know that we would be there for another 4 hours, with the test drive & paperwork! So I am eternally grateful for the extra time he put in! First of all, he presented me with *THE* car- the one I had my eye on years ago but wasn't quite able to afford. It had everything I wanted & there it was!! I enjoyed the test drive...maybe not so much the paperwork, but hey, that wasn't his fault! I'm sure he was tired as heck & so was I...but words cannot express how grateful I was that he was able to help me deal with the VW Financial situation IMMEDIATELY! I literally called him up after lunch that day & he sold me the car that evening!!! He understood what I wanted (or as I put it, "needed") & he presented me with that very car...if that's not phenomenal customer service, I don't know what is!?! Jamie, thank you once again for all your help! Thank you for helping my mother 5 years ago with her car & now I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me find my dream car. I don't think I will buy a car from anyone else- unless you move away...so please don't! And I cannot forget Ron! Once again, he took the time to explain anything & everything! I especially appreciate the fact that he made sure I understood any differences there were between the new & the old car. For example, I told her I was curious about the differences between the Autobahn and the Performance trims of the GTI, and 5 min later she told me that she got a colleague to drive a car with the Performance trim from their lot in South Calgary over to the dealership. Due to some other issues I did not end up purchasing the car but I would definitely recommend these guys to a friend. More

Bruce is kind, genuine, no-nonsense, and knows how to fit his customers into what they really want and need -- not what they think they want and need! Needless to say, the car-buying experience was demystified, streamlined, and really cool. I drove away less than 24 hours later with my new best friend -- a 2015 VW Beetle Classic.
