This is the Don Rickles of dealerships - so if you're a bit of a masochist you'll like Northland VW. Brutal communicators, uncareful mechanics, and a staff incapable of basic human courtesy. THEY WILL BLAME YOU AND THEN RETURN YOUR CAR TO YOU IN A WORSE CONDITION THAN YOU BROUGHT IT TO THEM IN", and "I pay every check fee and labor fee. But you still cannot solve the problem. You are dealership repair shop. But not good. Next time I will go to your shop to change wiper. But that is all" These reviews of the service department are so accurate. Insensitive of your time, unwillingly to commit to timelines, unwilling to communicate, poor actual service, they literally will blame you for clear warranty issues, and they seem to revel in your discomfort as you wait for them to fix the low-quality products that VW produces. I think that the staff attitude must come from ownership - because this dealership has always been crap - no way they can be terrible through time without misery trickling down from the top. More
