Indeed, your sale and parts team were good, but I came across a staff who worked in service department.was making me so upset. I had my old Rabbit always had services in Fifth Avenue Volkswagen, I felt v across a staff who worked in service department.was making me so upset. I had my old Rabbit always had services in Fifth Avenue Volkswagen, I felt very comfortable with their service department. Today was my first appointment with your dealership after I bought a new Tiguan in your dealership. She didn’t explain me what happened on my car when I approached her to pick up my car. She just asked me to sign the paper and asked me to wait her at front. She didn’t tell me that my car wasn’t fixed and I will be contacted again upon the part arrival next week. If I didn’t ask her and I didn’t know my car wasn’t be fixed when you drove my car in the front side. My car’s seatbelt bucket was not working properly, I asked her what did I do, I could not fasten my seatbelt because it wasn’t be buckled. She said “I don’t know” and no advice at all, then she walked back to the garage. I felt she was not caring me at this stage as a customer and she didn’t have heart to do her job. I wonder if I will still come again for any service in the future. More

The staff at Northland VW are phenomenal, Banks and Yuda are both very straight and upfront about everything. I didn’t not feel pressured into purchasing anything during our whole interaction. This is also the only dealership that had the vehicle I wanted, so whoever stocks the vehicles, I’m assuming it’s Yuda did a fantastic job. I was at first nervous to get back into a German car after working with BMW’s and Mini’s but after speaking to Banks and knowing that he was a technician for Volkswagen and had owned several in the past was comforting. I just have to say the sales team as well as Madison are the most genuine sales people I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve dealt with a lot of sales people working at the dealerships. More
