My father and brother were also present so keep in mind that it wasn't a bunch of teenagers wasting time. Never have we ever, EVER, had such inconceivably idiotic service. First of all, they don't provide you with any numbers. Not a single price is listed in the dealership showroom when you walk in. Good start. We spent 2 hours at the dealership and every time we asked what we were working with (regarding the dollar amount), we were met with not a price but rather more questioning as to whether or not we were "serious" about buying. Yes, we're serious. That's why we came. If I wanted to screw around, chances are I wouldn't come to a dealership and spend two hours looking and test driving a single car. Plus, there was nobody in the stupid place. However, with that being said, I am sure I am not the only one that looks at more than one car when shopping around and believe it or not, price does impact my decision. None of the cars have prices on them, nor do any of the cars display package pricing. We actually couldn't even get an estimation out of him. In fact, when we asked for a brochure we were told they have but are told not to give them out because the numbers are always changing.Who in the world goes car shopping blind?! Perhaps I should have just come with a blank cheque to suit your ever changing prices and rates. Now, let's get into the fantastic pricing of this car (partially Chrysler's dumb fault as well). Leasing this car is a JOKE. When he finally brought us some numbers, a 48 month lease on a $38, 000 car came out to roughly $750 (just over $800 with HST). To put that in plain English, leasing this car for four years means your buying out the ENTIRE CAR, plus some. But wait, there's more! The residual value of the car is roughly $18, 000. This literally blew my mind. How in the world does this make sense? What the xxxx is the point of the residual value then? If leasing is not a plausible or popular option on this car, you know what's a good idea? Telling your customer at the beginning rather than xxxxxxx around for 2 hours. Now, I can understand that some numbers are not in the hands of the salespeople, but you know what is? Customer service. Which, by the way, you are running dangerously low on. Every time I asked for a quote, he asked me whether I was serious about it. Can I just say this for all salespeople out there- you can't sell a car in 5 minutes and you sure as xxxx can't do it without showing a potential customer the price. So, if you ask me if I'm serious and ready to buy a car tonight you better give something to work with. If you keep me in the dark for two hours and then spring an $800 monthly price on a $38, 000 car, you're really going to xxxx me off. In fact, you already pissed me off when you had no idea about half the functions on the car. If you don't know about the car and whether it can go from 4-wheel drive to 2-wheel drive, then get someone else to help us. I'm not buying a pack of gum. I'd like to know what I'm spending 40k on. Asking him to get us a quote was like pulling teeth. Doesn't a computer calculate that kind of information? Why is it such a difficult task that I have consistently ask for? Also, it seemed like his manager was the only person in the entire place that was able to provide the numbers. How godly of him .What the xxxx is everyone else there for? You can imagine that when we saw the number, without being given any estimations, we were shocked. This, my friend, is not a deal. It's a joke. And telling us that you guys have to make money is literally the dumbest customer service route you could have taken. The money we make is not meant to go to our bank accounts and straight into your pocket. So when you tell me that, all I hear is this price is the way it is because we need to make a nice profit. Deal with it. When we walked over to talk to the manager, they were all just standing around laughing and wasting even more time. At that point, I got pissed. Don't waste my time. Actually, funny thing is when we mentioned that our time was wasted we were bitched at for wasting HIS time. OH, I'M SORRY! Do you work there or was all of that fake xxxxxxxx salesperson chit-chat just something you like to do as a hobby. Anyway, I'm done. A royal waste of time. And now I just hate your entire unprofessional dealership. That's how easy it is to lose customers who are actually willing to spend money. More

Unfortunately, neither was done when I came to pick the car up but both issues were rectified when I dropped the car off a week later. The roof had been repaired and the belt was replaced. Chris Christidis took initiative to replace the windshield which had a huge scratch on it. The car had a few other parts go wrong like the thermostat which Chris also replaced on his own merit. Unfortunately, the service done by the shop on the roof and windshield was subpar and the car developed a leak through the roof and displayed poor aerodynamics due to improper fitment of the windshield. Fortunately, I took the car back and Chris once again rectified the issue. The wait was considerable, however, worth it because Chris overlooked the workmanship quality this time and the result was above expectations. Chris was a pleasure to communicate with and solved all my issues for me. More

He was very helpful and friendly so we visited the dealership the next day and ended up purchasing a Jeep Cherokee. Our only complaint is the time it took to get our new vehicle, which was totally beyond Randy's control. He had everything ready when we finally got to pick up the car and all went smoothly. Thanks Randy! More
