Smooth and seamless experience I was very excited to visit the dealership and haggle the price of the vehicle with them, but I walked in and received pricing that exceeded my lowest I was very excited to visit the dealership and haggle the price of the vehicle with them, but I walked in and received pricing that exceeded my lowest bottom line expectation!!! The team was very friendly to say the least. From my first email inquiry to the delivery, service was prompt and dedicated. I worked with JP (John Paul) who was exceptional, and made the experience of buying my first brand new car (Audi 2015) a memorable one. On a more serious note, if you are searching for the best deal in town with a laid back, no pressure setting, this is definitely the dealership to visit. Also, shout out to Dawn for her well wishes and promo gifts! Thanks again guys! More

Avoid This Dealership! They are liars and extremely sketchy After having located a couple trucks ( a crew cab and a quad cab) I wanted on their website I called to see if the trucks were still available- they s After having located a couple trucks ( a crew cab and a quad cab) I wanted on their website I called to see if the trucks were still available- they said they were! I went back and forth with them about payment amounts and decided that I would set up a time for me to come and test drive. At this time I also told Yogi over the phone and over email explicitly that I was only interested in buying the quad cab and had no interest in the crew cab- Yogi said no problem come on in and we'll make a deal. I was told the truck was still in stock and we agreed for me to come out Tuesday night at 6pm. Yogi was the salesman I dealt with and I also spoke with a sales manager named ASH as well as the internet sales manager Roger. On the day of the planned appointment Roger called me to confirm that I was coming at 6pm to see Yogi. At this point I was extremely happy with the service. However, after driving almost an hour to the dealership on Tuesday night I was told the truck actually sold last week (even though I explicitly asked if it was still available for me to buy). I only drove there to see that truck. After getting a little upset they changed their story and said the truck had been sold the night before and not last week.... They of course tried to sell me a more expensive truck- typical sketchy dealership games. I got up and left the dealership. I called Ash the sales manager to tell him what happened and he said he was terribly sorry etc... But nothing he could do he said. I had some email communication with Roger the next day where he told me they were expecting me in the morning and that the truck actually sold at noon of the day of my appointment.... ABSOLUTE LIE! He himself called me the day of my appointment to confirm we were meeting at 6pm. At this point I had been told 3 different days when the truck had apparently sold. This dealership is so dishonest and I am disgusted that they play games like this and rip people off by doing this. I know there are tons of people on here that have given good reviews. I'm sure there are some people who really did get a good deal and weren't f*cked with like me. But, I would strongly recommend going to a different dealership and avoiding this one at all costs. They also only send review requests to people who they have sold a vehicle to. I went to a different dealership after this fiasco and found the same truck I tried to buy from them but with $3,000 more options and bought it for $500 less than North York had it advertised. They try to make you think they have the best prices based on their "no negotiations, best price, transparency" ... but the fact is you can get a way better deal somewhere else. TLDR; They lied about a having a truck they had listed on their website in stock. I drove an hour to find out the truck wasn't there and they tried to sell me a more expensive truck. Lied to me 3 different times about when the truck "sold" (I don't think it ever existed, or sold a long time ago). Blamed the entire situation on me... Went to a different dealership and got the same truck with more options for less money.... AVOID THIS LYING SKETCHY DEALERSHIP!!!! More

They stand behind their policy of "integrity and transparency" and go to lengths to make customers completely happy. . Altho we are more than 3 hours away with many dealers in-between, we will return to this dealership when looking for our next vehicle and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Hands down, the best dealership we've ever dealt with and there have been many to date. Way to go North York Chrysler! More

Very enthusiastic and friendly salesperson We went to have a look at a new Ram truck as the prices for new vehicles where better then we had seen anywhere else. Even though we where not plannin We went to have a look at a new Ram truck as the prices for new vehicles where better then we had seen anywhere else. Even though we where not planning to buy anything that day the helpful and enthusiastic sales person was able to find a vehicle we wanted within our budget. Ended up with a great Ram 1500 with all the features we wanted for a good price. The sales person was a great help in finding just the right vehicle out of all the possible choices. Overall a good buying experience would definitely go back again when looking for another vehicle. More

Great experience!! Outstanding salesman: Tyler Stievenart I had been looking for a new Ram 1500 truck for approximately 3 weeks. I did a lot of looking online as well as visiting 3 different Chrysler dealersh I had been looking for a new Ram 1500 truck for approximately 3 weeks. I did a lot of looking online as well as visiting 3 different Chrysler dealerships in person. The dealerships I visited either didn't seem interested in making the sale or in one case we verbally agreed on a deal only to find that there were several thousand dollars added to the contract they wanted me to sign. I had all but given up on Dodge when my wife found a link to North York Chrysler showing the truck I wanted at a good price. I made contact by email and promptly received a response from Roger Tudor the ecommerce rep. (he even got back to me after hours on a long weekend) !!!! After answering my questions he then introduced me to a salesman Tyler Stievenart, this is where the experience got even better.... Tyler was very professional and such a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very patient in answering all my questions. He negotiated a fair trade on my current vehicle and I was so comfortable dealing with him that we made the deal over the phone and by email. I arranged to pick up the truck 2 days later and was most impressed with the showroom and professionalism of everyone I came in contact with. Tyler again took all the time I needed to answer more questions, complete the deal and ensure that I was comfortable with the new vehicle. I have purchased over 25 vehicles in my lifetime and this has been my best experience so far. I would highly recommend North York Chrysler and especially Tyler Stievnart. More

A huge dealership with an exceptional Salesman: Amin Rostami I am new in Toronto and obviously finding an appropriate car for my family was not an easy task. 3 Star Dealership Everything went pretty smooth. We had already driven some Caravan's at another dealership, so was just down to the price. Purchased the van and when Everything went pretty smooth. Dime size dent on the fender. Need to take it to the service department next week. Not impressed. Most disappointing part of the experience was having to fill up with gas on the drive home. Was delivered with less than 1/4 tank. When did dealerships stop giving you a full tank of gas? More
