They stand behind their policy of "integrity and transparency" and go to lengths to make customers completely happy. . Altho we are more than 3 hours away with many dealers in-between, we will return to this dealership when looking for our next vehicle and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Very enthusiastic and friendly salesperson We went to have a look at a new Ram truck as the prices for new vehicles where better then we had seen anywhere else. Even though we where not plannin We went to have a look at a new Ram truck as the prices for new vehicles where better then we had seen anywhere else. Even though we where not planning to buy anything that day the helpful and enthusiastic sales person was able to find a vehicle we wanted within our budget. Ended up with a great Ram 1500 with all the features we wanted for a good price. The sales person was a great help in finding just the right vehicle out of all the possible choices. Overall a good buying experience would definitely go back again when looking for another vehicle. More

Great experience!! Outstanding salesman: Tyler Stievenart I had been looking for a new Ram 1500 truck for approximately 3 weeks. I did a lot of looking online as well as visiting 3 different Chrysler dealersh I had been looking for a new Ram 1500 truck for approximately 3 weeks. I did a lot of looking online as well as visiting 3 different Chrysler dealerships in person. The dealerships I visited either didn't seem interested in making the sale or in one case we verbally agreed on a deal only to find that there were several thousand dollars added to the contract they wanted me to sign. I had all but given up on Dodge when my wife found a link to North York Chrysler showing the truck I wanted at a good price. I made contact by email and promptly received a response from Roger Tudor the ecommerce rep. (he even got back to me after hours on a long weekend) !!!! After answering my questions he then introduced me to a salesman Tyler Stievenart, this is where the experience got even better.... Tyler was very professional and such a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very patient in answering all my questions. He negotiated a fair trade on my current vehicle and I was so comfortable dealing with him that we made the deal over the phone and by email. I arranged to pick up the truck 2 days later and was most impressed with the showroom and professionalism of everyone I came in contact with. Tyler again took all the time I needed to answer more questions, complete the deal and ensure that I was comfortable with the new vehicle. I have purchased over 25 vehicles in my lifetime and this has been my best experience so far. I would highly recommend North York Chrysler and especially Tyler Stievnart. More

3 Star Dealership Everything went pretty smooth. We had already driven some Caravan's at another dealership, so was just down to the price. Purchased the van and when Everything went pretty smooth. Dime size dent on the fender. Need to take it to the service department next week. Not impressed. Most disappointing part of the experience was having to fill up with gas on the drive home. Was delivered with less than 1/4 tank. When did dealerships stop giving you a full tank of gas? More
