Not only did they have an amazing selection of Wranglers, it was a very enjoyable experience from beginning to end. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Amin Rostami, who was extremely knowledgable about the various Wrangler editions. He was so much fun to work with because he allowed the Jeep to sell itself, took the time to understand what we were looking for (and put up with my last minute changes), was flexible with our buying pace, and his low pressure, black and white sales allowed us to be at ease throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Amin at this dealership. During the buying process we worked with another sales rep, and we definitely missed Amin - so I would definitely ask for him specifically! Great guy, so knowledgable and approachable. Pros: Amin Rostami, friendly dealership, low pressure sales, lots of vehicle selection, no slimy bargaining tactics, hot dog BBQ, fast turn around time from sale to delivery. Cons: -Got in all excited to drive my brand new Wrangler off the lot with NO gas in the tank. I am surprised I made it to the gas station. -Lengthy post-sales process where I was offered what seemed like everything but the practical things that I would have actually wanted for my specific vehicle purchase (wheel locks, hood locks, etc) thus having to go into another dealership (just closer to my home) afterwards to add-on basic parts. -Despite booking a delivery appointment, unfortunately Amin was busy during our delivery process and we worked with a different sales rep for the final signing of papers. This was a very disorganized, long, process. Further, they kept my trade-in vehicle registration, costing me a replacement fee when I needed to turn in my old license plates for a reimbursement. Just make sure you're on the ball and don't let this happen in the whole shuffle. Ask for Amin, and double check for the little things - you won't be disappointed! I am loving my Jeep! Uneducated Staff, Disappointing Customer Service After searching for my ideal car to replace my previous one for a couple months I finally found what seemed to be a decent deal on a 2010 Camaro LS at After searching for my ideal car to replace my previous one for a couple months I finally found what seemed to be a decent deal on a 2010 Camaro LS at North York Chrysler. I called the dealership before visiting to ask the usual questions about its condition to ensure it was worth my hour long drive to look at it, and they said I could take it for a test drive that night. When I showed up it was in the shop getting the brakes replaced, and it was in filthy condition, so they told me to come back the next day, I was a little annoyed but agreed anyways. I came back a few days later, and after a couple hours of looking, test driving and talking I still could not get them to budge on the price, but I finally agreed to pay the listed price. The dealer told me the backseat did not fold down but once I brought it home after buying it I found out that it did, which made me question how much the guy even knew about the car he had sold me. Also I never received a thorough explanation on any of the car's functions before leaving the lot which I thought was unusual. I had brought a CD to play on the way home from the dealership and the stereo just ejected it, which I figured was a scratched CD, so I went home anyway. I tried a few more CDs, realized it was the actual head unit that was faulty and called the dealership again. They said bring it in next week, so I did. After looking at it they called me to say the head unit needs to be replaced and it will cost me over $550, I told them it did not work from the day I bought it and they should cover it on their own, but they consistently told me they would not. I felt like this was a slap in the face, and even after talking to the manager Sarah (who seemed like she could not have cared less to fix the issue or keep me as a happy customer) I didn't get anywhere. Now I am stuck with a nice car with a faulty head unit that I refuse to pay to have fixed. I would stay away from this place and look for a more knowledgable and customer friendly dealership. More

We both felt as though it was like they had no interest in selling us any truck? We went home and decided we would visit North York Chrysler the next day. I had connected with them earlier that evening by online chat. Roger Tudor gave me some information and early Saturday we were off in search of our first new truck. We arrived at the dealer, and before we had a chance to actually get in side we were welcomed outside by a Sales person who was busy with a customer. He directed us to the door. We went inside and were greeted by Manager Michael. We were offered Lunch and drinks and then connected to our Sales person? All we could say both my husband and I were WOW!!!! What a difference in dealerships? Bobby was so friendly and helpful while at the same time not pushy or hurried? He gave us the low down on the vehicle and then took his time with our questions, Very polite, informative and just an all round nice guy. WOW again we were blown away by the customer service. Bobby went above and beyond to make sure our visit was a pleasant one. Every one we met was just so friendly and helpful. We can't wait till Tuesday when we pick up our New Truck. I would recommend Noth York Chrysler and Bobby to anyone looking for a vehicle. Keep doing what your doing because obviously you got it right. More

Great service - EVERYWHERE! I've been servicing my 2011 Wrangler at North York Chrysler for 4 years. Their service department has been wonderful. They go over every previous service to make sure I'm only getting done what needs to get done. And the mechanics do a great job every time. Well, it seems that when I was in for my regular service last month I noticed a late model Chevy Camaro sitting in the lot...for sale. I'd been looking for that exact car for over a year. This day I had decided to sit around while the service on the Jeep was being done and I got antsy. My service adviser (Brenda - she's OUTSTANDING!) pointed me in the direction of the sales department when I asked about the Chevy. By the end of my service I had met Olim Khasanov (a fabulous salesman), gone for a test drive, been quoted a trade-in price for my Kia and worked out payments. This was a Friday. On Tuesday I came back to make the deal, and Olim, once again, worked with me without any pressure, to get me a deal that I was happy with. I was told the car would be ready for pick up on the Sunday. When I got home I realized, that not only was I unavailable all day Sunday, but my kids were sleeping out Friday and Saturday, and it was supposed to be bright and sunny on those days with rain late on Saturday and all day Sunday. Did I mention that the Camaro is a convertible? I called Olim and asked him if there was any way to get the car in shape (detailed, serviced, certified, plated, etc) by Friday so I could enjoy it all weekend. He said that he would do whatever it would take. True to his word, a text followed later that day confirming that it would be ready at 6 on Friday. Though the dealership would be closed, he would wait after hours to get me on my way. Now THAT'S going the extra mile (er..kilometre in Canada). While I was out on the road that Friday afternoon I got a call around 4:30 from Olim - the car was ready. What more can I say about North York Chrysler? I can tell you, that if you need a car (new or used), Olim Khasanov is the guy to speak with. And once you have the car - service it there. The advisors, mechanics and shuttle drivers are second to none. More

We got to choose from 12 cars and test drove 4 before we found the one that was the right one.
