I was very happy with the the price of my vehicle and the negotiations: The negotiations were fair and direct--not tedious, time-wasting, and aggravating (as they were at other Chrysler dealerships I had visited before coming to this dealership), which was a refreshing change! I went in knowing what I wanted and Sam came through on everything he said he would, which made for a problem-free sales transaction from the moment I signed to when I picked up my vehicle.
