Problem with the used car I bought. After the usual sale/purchase of my vehicle I drove it home ( 1-1/2 hours) I noticed an unusual sound from the rear of the car.I took the car to my lo After the usual sale/purchase of my vehicle I drove it home ( 1-1/2 hours) I noticed an unusual sound from the rear of the car.I took the car to my local service centre for an evaluation. The mechanic told me that although two of the tires were out of balance, the main problem was with the differential. Having paid $1500. dollars for a 2 year warranty, I expected that the differential would be covered, according to my contract. However, after several discussions with Nationwide, they refused to cover the repair to the differential, stating that the problem was preexisting and not caused through wear. They suggested that I talk to the dealership.I strenuously objected to Nationwide's position, stating that I purchased this warranty to take care of such situations. However, I was fortunate enough to contact Brian Hoecht, General Manager of NorthYork Chrysler. Brian took up the problem on my behalf and after much deliberation, agreed to assume the cost of a new differential. I'm extremely grateful to Brian. More

Love the 2016 Grand Caravan! This is our 4th Dodge Caravan, the 3rd from North York Chrysler. We purchased a new one 4 years ago, and when we heard that they were discontinuing t This is our 4th Dodge Caravan, the 3rd from North York Chrysler. We purchased a new one 4 years ago, and when we heard that they were discontinuing the Caravan, we decided we wanted a new one. We received an email about the "special offering" that they were holding in March so decided to check it out. We were greeted warmly, and quickly directed to a salesman, who turned out to be Michael Dastranj. Michael tirelessly answered our many questions and offered great ideas to help us make our choice. Cheating and Lie I purchased a Dodge journey 2012 on 2013 for North York Chrysler. I purchased that car in very high price as i thought that I am dealing with a trust I purchased a Dodge journey 2012 on 2013 for North York Chrysler. I purchased that car in very high price as i thought that I am dealing with a trusted dealership. I bought this car as used by one owner and never had any accident. The sales person Tyler and the Finance Manager Dara were involved in this deal. They assured that this car has no accident and because I was new comer on that time I didn't know that I can ask for car proof to verify this fact. Recently and after two years of this purchase, I went to trade in this car to buy a Grand Caravan, when they asked me is there accident claim on this car, I certainly said no, I bought this car from your showroom. when they checked the file they knew that there is a claim of $4550 on Feb. 2012 before I buy it, but they again hide this information from me. Now, and after two years I owned this car, i knew that my had an accident claim for $4550 by another dealer who was going to trade-in my car and gave me the car proof as evidence that was hidden from me by professional called DARA as Finance manager and Sales manager of that time and of course the sales person who already left this dealership. Now, What do you think, Do you think I have the right to SUE this dealership or keep quiet and say I purchased a Dodge Journey Used for $16,000 and now the same dealership offered me $6000 for trade in. Can you believe a dealership who hide such important information from the customer just to sell their scrap cars and get benefited. I will never deal with this dealership and would like you to consider my views as a message from a customer who got cheated by this dealership and looking for a lawyer to SUE them to get his rights back. More

She stayed after hours, long after her shift was finished, and waited for me to pick up my car on a Friday night. I had to let my car stay in the dealership that day, and not being familiar with TTC, I was very late. I haven't experienced such dedication and such great customer service anywhere else and it was Heather who made me believe I can expect surprisingly kind and beyond professional service in my dealership. Not to mention how safe and relaxed I feel every time I take my car to North York CJDRF for a service, because of professional people like Heather. Thank you for the extraordinary experience :) More
