Hi, We apologize that you feel this way but we’re afraid that you have not taken all the facts into consideration. First of all, the panel in question need not be removed to perform the replacement of the USB hub so there is no question of breaking the panel when it was never removed in the first place. Secondly, we do apologize for the presence of the zip tie debris but understand that a zip tie was not used during any aspects of the repair, it might have come as part of the packaging of the new part, or dropped accidentally by the mechanic, but the secondary panel was not touched at any point of this repair. We have pictures of the part and the installation and it is very clear that the damage is not our doing. Please also note that the vehicle was purchased from another Chrysler store and your USB unit was damaged and wouldn’t normally be covered under warranty, but we went above and beyond and covered it under good will to eliminate the cost to you. We’ll be more than happy to provide you with all the pictures, and to inspect the vehicle again at your convenience under the supervision of a Service Manager. As for the alignment issue, one thing you may not know is that all of our alignment checks are done by an $80000 super accurate “Hunter Alignment Checker” which is a highly sophisticated piece of machinery that measures the wheel rotation and analyzes the suspension geometry. This machine doesn’t change its mind based on a human input and only reports as designed by its manufacturer. Also, Wheel alignment has nothing to do with the age of the tire. This means that even if you have installed a set of brand new tires but alignment has not been performed and the suspension geometry has not been corrected to spec, the machine would indicate that it needs an alignment. We only recommend the alignment if the machine provides us with supporting results which you are free to check; whether to get it done or not is completely up to the customer. We get it that you might not be satisfied with your experience, but to make statements without understanding the reasoning behind the issues is unreasonable and unfair. We stand for delivering absolute transparency and value to our customers and employees are paid differently to ensure that customers are never oversold something they do not actually need. We assure you that there has been no intention to sell you something you don’t need, as people would lose their job in our company if they don’t deliver 100% morality. OH MY.... for your own sake PLEASE DON"T MAKE IT ANY WORSE! You can SEE THE ZIP TIE holding the two panels together - it is not from the packaging. In terms of being under warranty - we bought the car only a few weeks earlier. Contacted the place we bought the car and they said it was definitely under warranty but suggested we take it to you as you were closer. Upon arrival I asked if it was under warranty and your response was "most definitely" - so don't say that now - I have the original response in an email. In terms of the wheel alignment what you don't mention is this was "noticed' during an oil change - where you wrote on the invoice that the tread depth was uneven on the right front tire - even though the tires were brand new. SHAME ON YOU!! I can see you have a standard reply - where you try and make it look like the customer is not being reasonable. Rather than having to KEEP responding to POOR service.... here's a NOVEL IDEA....DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME and QUIT TRYING TO GENERATE SERVICE THAT ISN'T REQUIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!
