Althought they appeared to be great, the sales person misled us about repairing a tear in the seat of a used vehicle we were intending to purchase. They gave us the car with absolutely NO gas. Would never deal with this place again. $26,000 and they couldn't fix a tear as agreed on, or put in some gas? More

Went in to buy a pre owned vehicle with my trade in (20k vehicle worth) and got the silliest and time wasting offer I could not even imagine. BUYER BEWARE! Do not finance through this dealer! BUYER BEWARE! Do not finance through this dealer! My husband and I went to North York Chrysler to look at a used SUV. When we arrived we hadn't BUYER BEWARE! Do not finance through this dealer! My husband and I went to North York Chrysler to look at a used SUV. When we arrived we hadn't been on the property 2 minutes when greeted by a nervous salesman who rushed us in to fill out a form for their private sale. We were passed on to a man who introduced himself from the head office and that we needed to fill out a paper so that he can track how the salespeople are doing - not the most inviting reason to fill out a form. It said there were prizes but no one told us what they were, which would have been a more inviting reason to fill out the form. I personally don't care about how they track their sales staff. After seeing the car we sat down with the sales rep and he said they finance billions of dollars and their financing rates range between 3 and 5%. We then asked to get the financing costs and he ran off for 10 minutes and came back with a paper that had a monthly cost over 5 years and 6 years for both monthly and bi-monthly which were much higher than we had worked out. When my husband asked about what interest rate they were using the sale rep stumbled around saying it was in the price and wouldn't tell us the rate they used. Upon saying the cost was too high the sales rep went and got a cost over 7 years. In the end when we left we calculated that they had to be using 8.1%. He would also not let us leave with the paper with the pricing. But we memorized the final number they came back with of $565 monthly over 7 years. The amount we would be financing was 36157.74 and when working with an amortization calculator to reach $565.35 a month it calculated out at 8.1%. So much for that 3 to 5% financing they mentioned. Watch out for these guys, they are shady and totally scamming people who aren't questioning their interest rate and simply fall for an amount they can afford. They are not at all upfront about what's really in that finance total! Do not trust these people! Hey Marketplace you want to investigate someone here they are! More

I just want to say that this was by far the best car buying experience I've had and this is the 5th car that I've bought. I only wish I had bought my previous vehicles at North York Chrysler.
