We get extremely busy on Saturdays with over 70 appointment costumers who are ready to make their purchase the same day. Due to this we sometimes have to ask our valued and prospect customers who are not ready to purchase on Saturdays to visit us during the week. As for trade-in value of your vehicle, the Sales person had mistakenly assumed that your vehicle had 298000 kilometers vs. 198000 and was only estimating without a proper appraisal from a manager. Please feel free to supply us with your contact information and i will get a manager to help you with any questions you may have. We would be more than happy to help you with your purchase and to give you a real trade-in value for your vehicle while you enjoy a complementary lunch at our cafe.
