We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience at our dealership. We take complaints very seriously and excellent customer service is our number one priority. We have had a chance to review your experience in detail and we would like to apologies for your inconvenience. The sale representative in question has been confronted and trained in regards to having a less than perfect attitude. to answer your question, the vehicle of your choice was purchased 42 days from the day of your arrival, but unfortunately the sales team has no access to that data, and it would be very hard to keep track of the age of 700+ vehicles for a newer sales representative. However, any sales manager would have been more than happy to provide you with that information. As you have mentioned, we are a one price store, in which everything from Safety, emission, Detailing and carproof report is inclusive in the price with no extra admin fees. We would hate to waist your time over the price, hence our best price first policy is mentioned before test drive to eliminate any misunderstanding. Furthermore, we are truly sorry that we cannot do an hour long test drive as you had requested, 30 minutes before the store closing, the companies strict insurance policy does not cover any test drive accidents 10 minutes past the closing time of the store. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this policy may have caused you and hope to earn your business and restore your confidence in our company in anyway possible. If you wish, we would be more than happy to discuss how we can help you with your future purchase either over the phone or in person while you enjoy a complementary lunch at our cafe. Thank you for your response The test drive would not have taken 60 min we left your dealership and I had my wife at her appointment in just over 15 minutes so round trip would have been in tour 40 min window! If you have this best price policy on your vehicles why not advertise or make it totally clear to your customers that there is no movement on pricing in your print,online or possibly TV advertising ! As for your best price I guess this may be a arbitrary figure because I gave your salesman compare able cars that were cheaper ! Located at reputable dealers in the GTA! Thank you for the lunch offer but no thank you, as for doing business in the future that's defiantly not going to happen.As it turns out we ended up purchasing a brand new Chrysler product at h higher value than the car that was advertised with you ( aren't you a Chrysler dealer) ? In short if we would have had a better experience at your dealership we may have reached that conclusion at your dealership and purchased the vehicle there! But you may not care as you sell so many vehicles anyway! Lastly, we ( my wife and I ) make sure to tell everyone about our experience at your dealership,which was what I can defiantly summarize to be the worst car buying experience in my life !
