I bought a brand NEW Fiat and after signing documents, I proceeded outside to my Fiat which already had the key in the ignition and ready to leave the lot. At no time was I offered a vehicle review of the options or how things worked inside and I was not offered the ability to check the car as it was dark outside and given to me with the keys in the ignition “rushing me out the door”. My mother, who was outside of the vehicle, was quick to notice THREE DENTS on the back bumper. If my mother did not see the THREE DENTS, I would have drove off the property and assumed all liabilities are my own. This is a very negligent dealership as the car should have been checked thoroughly before being presented to me. I assume that when purchasing a new car I am guaranteed a vehicle in great condition but in hindsight that was not the case at North York Chrysler. Two of the representatives then tried to convince my mother and I to leave with this vehicle. I expressed my concern that it is now an inconvenience how I am unable to leave without a car. I then agreed to accept another car with a new VIN number. I spoke with Ashish Ajmani, and he advised that due to the inconvenience I would have the car delivered to my home. I received a phone call the next day stating they were unable to bring it to my home, so I decided to go on my own and once I arrived at North York Chrysler someone said they were going to be on their way to bring it to me and was unaware I was coming? So, it appears that either no one is communicating with each other or everyone is lying. It was a different face every time and no one knew the history of my file- (why I was here picking up another vehicle, why I was signing the papers that I was.) Once I asked for a Manager to express my concerns to, a truly unprofessional individual by the name of Mike came. The lack of concern on the Manger's part was unbelievable. Mike, the manager of this place, said he was not aware of the situation and did not express any concern whatsoever. I did not receive any type of response. I then asked Mike for the Owner’s name and contact information – after the question was ignored several times, Mike’s exact words were; “Call Chrysler” in a nonchalant manner. I would like to think that Chrysler or any of its affiliates are to be concerned with the customer and not just the customers' dollar. It is my firm belief that the car was brought out front, keys in the ignition, ready to go so that I would not have the ability to notice the dents. All new cars are given to customers with thorough explanation of how the car works, given a “once over” to see the car, etc. This dealership has ruined my whole first car experience. I WILL NOT be leaving my vehicle for maintenance here, they can't be trusted. The manager’s inability to rectify this problem has made me believe they are not capable of the full responsibilities I need to continue my business with them. More
I was looking for a new vehicle because my 2005 Jeep Cherokee was at the end of its life. I saw North York Chryslers ad on Auto Trader and it had the best price compared to other dealerships. When I visited the dealership I was immediately greeted with a smile by Yangnesh (Yogi). I asked him to see the vehicle and he promptly brought the vehicle around for me to have a look over. I was very interested in what saw so we spoke for a few minutes maybe five and I said lets sign the papers. Everything about the sale went well picked up the vehicle a few days later and I was on my way! Yangnesh (Yogi) has even done follow ups with me to find out how the vehicle is and if Im pleased. To answer yes I am. I will for sure recommend Yangnesh (Yogi) and North York Chrysler to anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle, new or used. More
Contacted dealership over internet and received a call from Yasir. We worked well together for a week or so via telephone and ultimately put a deal together on a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee North for my daught from Yasir. i came in to this dealership after looking to buy a car for almost 2 months. being the big researcher i am, i had to do my homework before making such a big decision, but everytime i thought i knew exaclty for almost 2 months. being the big researcher i am, i had to do my homework before making such a big decision, but everytime i thought i knew exaclty what i wanted, i would go to the dealerships and feel as though they are selling to me too forcedly. That made me feel unformortable and rather as if i didnt know about my purchase after all, since all these new words and possible options kept popping up, i just hadnt had enough thought in what i wanted exactly. these guys actually helped me. they first started by asking me questions about my prefrences, and my peronal likes and dislikes and so on. the sales manager got to know me before introudcing me to a well suited salesperson ( and oh yeah they actually have a sale manager greating you at the door!) . my sales rep roham then went over all the possible cars i could get with my price range and left it up to me to choose a car to test drive, and it wasnt hard to choose from over 700 used cars on the lot. anyways, i exprienced a very different approach from this dealership and i find their care in costumer's personality is the key in helping the costumer find the right car for them! and im thankful i ran into them after 2 months, i could've made an impulsive decision thinkning its the right one without discussing all my worries and concerns with someone that knows all there is about cars, and wouldnt mind giving you their whole day to please you. great exprience! THANK YOU northyork chrysler! I'm looking forward to purchasing my next car from you guys. More

Visited this dealer on March 1 as I found a bunch of used BMW convertibles at this location. The sales rep ( Amin ) was at first friendly although had not much of a clue what he was doing. i.E. he stated tha BMW convertibles at this location. The sales rep ( Amin ) was at first friendly although had not much of a clue what he was doing. i.E. he stated that they have over 1200 vehicles on their lot while online it only shows 571 ( huge difference !!! ). I wanted to test drive one of the BMWs but both vehicles that I looked at had a mechanical problem ( no power at all and one had an immoveable seat ). So we agreed to reschedule the test drive for the following week and I was assured that that both cars would be fixed by then. Amin wanted to call me back. On March 5 I made a follow up call with him and he assured me that all is in order but he had not heard on the work order he had put in. He wanted to call me back. March 8 I tried to call his sales manager. But they were so busy ( receptionist was rude and not very experienced ) and I left a message with the sales Manager ( Ash ..... ) and to this point I am still waiting for a call back. I think they sell enough cars so that one more of less won't ruin their statistics. Too bad because I really liked the vehicle and would have considered it. But their sales techniques are terrible. I own 2 Kia Rio's and the only problem I have with them is the service I receive at the Kia dealerships. I work near North York Chrysler and have heard good things about them. I decided to bring one of them in for an oil change. When I got there I dealt with Anastasia and told her about the other problems I had experienced at the Kia dealerships. She assured me that she would take good car of my car. The service was quick and I was surprised they even washed my car for me. I was so happy with the service that I brought my second Kia Rio in for an oil change the other day. I was again fortunate enough to deal with Anastasia who greeted me with a warm smile and remembered who I was. I received the same great experience as the first time. I will definitely bring both my cars back to North York Chrysler for any of my repairs they may need. I would highly recommend North York Chrysler to all my friends. I especially appreciated how kind Anastasia was and believe she was a great part of the experience. More
