First time we have had fun buying a car We arrived at the dealership to look at a 2013 Journey that we had seen on the company website. We were introduced to Michael and he immediately got t We arrived at the dealership to look at a 2013 Journey that we had seen on the company website. We were introduced to Michael and he immediately got to work locating the car we were interested in. He located the car and we were on the test drive, no wasted time. After the test drive we were sold on the car but were unsure of the color. Michael asked of our preference and then gave us a number of choices for that color. We chose the original car and then wrote the deal. Michael explained all of our purchase options allowing us to make the final decision on everything. During the the whole process I took a liking to the 2014 Fiat 500 that was in the showroom. We were then introduced to Ash, the dealerships Sales manager. He saw that I was interested and told me that he would help us to purchase the car if we really liked it, no pressure. We wrapped up the deal on the Journey and arranged for delivery in two days and if we wanted to know more about the Fiat 500 we could talk about it then. We picked up the Journey two days later and we talked about the Fiat. The offer on the Fiat was really good and made sense so we purchased this car as well. Picked up the car two days later as promised. This was a great experience for us, Michael and Ash were a lot of fun and they made the whole experience very nice. It was nice to leave the dealership being fully informed and looking forward to doing more business in the future. Great staff, great dealership. New work truck. I found an ad online, and checked out a new 2014 Ram. Walked into the dealership and was welcomed, and asked what they could do to help. Quickly, and friendly I was brought to Michael who was happy to help, he was very friendly. During my time with him another customer who he had helped polietly waved and said bye. Michael was very nice and said bye to them as well- he didnt treat them like another "sale" I felt no sales pressure, and he was happy to find answers to any questions I had right away. It was a great and comfortable experience. I have bought several new vehicles in the past, and I never have felt inclined to write a review about the experience. This however was a good one, and I do recomend Michael Dastranj and the rest of the team at North York Chrysler. More
