I LOVE KIA North Shore!!! I first bought the KIA Soul on 26th December 2015. Everyone and everything was excellent! Bar none. I then just decided to go back to an SUV and went back in (June 2016) and now have the 2017 KIA Sportage! I am soooooo in LOVE. You guys were so wonderful, gave me all the time in the world, and in both December and now, I really feel like part of the family. As good as it gets I am a thrilled owner of a 2014 Kia Optima purchased from North Shore Kia. In fact, it's my second one purchased from there (replacing my older Optima I am a thrilled owner of a 2014 Kia Optima purchased from North Shore Kia. In fact, it's my second one purchased from there (replacing my older Optima which I loved as well)! Moe was professional and shared all the facts with me. Apart from pricing which I believe was also extremely fair, the service before, during and after has truly been extraordinary! Cristina in service has always done her best to assure things were 'right' and I have never had an issue with work having been done incorrectly which is save me a ton of time and frustration! I also appreciate the timely reminder calls for the service department! If it weren't for them it always forget to go even though the little computer thing in my cart reminds me!! Thanks everyone for the excellent service! I'll be back for my Cadenza!! (I love that car!!) More

Stay Away from North Shore Kia in N. Vancouver They sold me a vehicle with no spare tire, and although promised BCAA Head Office to provide one they never did! Vehicle comes with a folding table w They sold me a vehicle with no spare tire, and although promised BCAA Head Office to provide one they never did! Vehicle comes with a folding table worth $800 after tax but Muhammad (Moe) the general manager told me the table is an optional luxury item. In my opinion they sold the vehicle above market value. I am complaining to VSA (Vehicle Sales Authority) and I am also preparing a law suit. Either the authorities or I will upload the verdict, etc. once it gets issued. Stay away from these guys and read all the negative reviews on google, yelp, yellow pages, and here. More

Dealership "couldn't" fix a water problem Our Kia Forte5, under full warranty, developed a water leak. We took it to the dealership closest to our home. We then took the car to another dealership which quickly and efficiently found and fixed the problem. We have lost confidence with this dealership's service. Beware of North Shore. More
