Dishonest and rude staff They are very rude and unappreciative towards their customers. I've has two bad experiences with them. Once I took my car in for a car wash and they gave it back to me with scratches all over it. The second time was when I went to get oil change (when I bought my vehicle, part of my deal was free oil change for life) they said I have to buy a service alongside or else the oil change wasn't free. And when I wanted to walk out, their stupid service manager stopped me appearing to want to force me to want to give them money for a stupid srevive. THAT THE GP ONLY TOLD THE SURGEON 'SOME' OF YOUR SYMPTOMS AND THAT THEY LIED! ABOUT THE OTHER SYMPTOMS. THAT THE SURGEON ONLY DID SURGERY TO RESOLVE PART OF THE PROBLEM, BUT THAT THE DEADLY CLOT REMAINS. THAT AFTER YOU TALKED TO THE SURGEON AND TOLD THEM ALLLL OF YOUR SYMPTOMS, THAT THEY ACKNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE A LEGITIMATE CONCERN AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE DONE SURGERY DIFFERENTLY HAD THEY KNOWN ALL OF THE DETAILS. IMAGINE, THE GP AND THE GP'S SUPERVISOR ADMIT THEY DIDN'T PASS ON THESE VITAL DETAILS BUT THEY WON'T AMMEND THE RISK TO YOUR COMFORT NOW. YOU ARE NOW WALKING AROUND, WITH A TICKING TIMEBOMB AND ANYONE THAT WALKS AROUND YOU IS AT RISK OF YOU COLLAPSING AND AFFECTING OTHERS IN THE PROCESS. THIS TIMEBOMB IS MY CAR. ON THE SAME HIGHWAY AS YOU. THE GP, THE GP'S SUPERVISOR AND THE SURGEON ARE; NORTH SHORE KIA AND KIA CANADA!! ARE YOU COMFORTABLE WITH THEM RISKING LIVES? More
