Great experience On arriving at the dealership, we were greeted by Manu Nouhi. We were not fixed on purchasing any particular make or model and basically kicking tires On arriving at the dealership, we were greeted by Manu Nouhi. We were not fixed on purchasing any particular make or model and basically kicking tires. Manu listened to our requirements and recommended the Kia Sorento to us. Following our test drive, we were impressed but let Manu know we were still exploring our options. During the next two weeks we test drove other vehicles as well as the Sorento on 3 other occasions. Throughout, Manu was polite and took whatever time we needed to ask our questions and review the various options. Once we decided on the Kia Sorento, the process of finalizing the price, dealing with the finance department and taking delivery of the vehicle went flawlessly. Definitely a no pressure sales experience. Great culture of service. PS we are really enjoying our new vehicle. More
