Don’t buy anything from them. So far my 2017 outback at 10600 a transmission. They were 3 months to do and $3000 more + the tow. The dealer ship and service department are scammers. More

I came here looking for a BRZ - It was a WEIRD experience. They had two in stock but refused to let me test drive either. I moved on and found a local Toyota dealer with a nice 86 in stock, test experience. They had two in stock but refused to let me test drive either. I moved on and found a local Toyota dealer with a nice 86 in stock, test drove it, and bought it. It seems like this Subaru dealer is for window shopping only, because if you're a serious buyer and want to drive the car, you need to go elsewhere. It is odd that Subaru doesn't seem to want to sell cars. More

Sales team were great until papers were signed for 2015 Subaru Impreza. Delivered car with cracked windshield on interior. Didn’t replace just advised they would if it spread. First service appointment, Subaru Impreza. Delivered car with cracked windshield on interior. Didn’t replace just advised they would if it spread. First service appointment, informed advisor of engine shake. Adjusted engine mounts, did some checks and couldn’t figure out issue. Recommended maybe a carbon clean. Didn’t know for sure if this was cause of issue. Recently replaced my valve body in my transmission with dealership. Complained of metal noise after appointment, appears a clamp on exhaust was damaged. Dealer called several times… I assumed to rectify issue. I finally called them back today… no mention of issue but wanted to book me in to replace an AC condenser. Passed me on to a service manager whom didn’t answer. Always seem to get run around with this dealership. I don’t expect anything for free but clearly profit margins outweigh repeat customers. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
