Don’t buy anything from them. So far my 2017 outback at 10600 a transmission. I came here looking for a BRZ - It was a WEIRD experience. They had two in stock but refused to let me test drive either. I moved on and found a local Toyota dealer with a nice 86 in stock, test experience. They had two in stock but refused to let me test drive either. It seems like this Subaru dealer is for window shopping only, because if you're a serious buyer and want to drive the car, you need to go elsewhere. Sales team were great until papers were signed for 2015 Subaru Impreza. Delivered car with cracked windshield on interior. Didn’t replace just advised they would if it spread. First service appointment, informed advisor of engine shake. Adjusted engine mounts, did some checks and couldn’t figure out issue. Recommended maybe a carbon clean. Didn’t know for sure if this was cause of issue. Recently replaced my valve body in my transmission with dealership. Complained of metal noise after appointment, appears a clamp on exhaust was damaged. Dealer called several times… I assumed to rectify issue. I finally called them back today… no mention of issue but wanted to book me in to replace an AC condenser. Passed me on to a service manager whom didn’t answer. Always seem to get run around with this dealership. I don’t expect anything for free but clearly profit margins outweigh repeat customers. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. More

My first visit was a total disaster. Certainly there was some poor communications and I was left in shock. I could not believe my experience. I did however forge ahead and Thanks to the professionalism of Dan Moore, Leo DeCosta and especially Jordan Tobin I had all of my concerns addressed. All of this to say that this team truly cares about their customers and will make every effort to reach out and listen to what is being said before letting you know in a friendly way how things work and why things may not happen as you would have liked based on todays norm.. I rated them as 4 star for a few reasons. One is that some people do not believe in five star so will not read what is written. My experience based on my initial visit was Great 4.8 star for certain. Sometimes we just need to move away from something we do not understand and look at again with a clearer view. Again a Great Big Thanks you to the team mentioned above for making this a Great , Great Experience and I do feel a part of the New Roads Subaru family . More
